Description

Hi, I’m the Deglutenizer, and this is my first ebook!

Inside these pages (digital pages, not physical, paper pages), you’ll find some fantastic and completely exclusive recipes. That’s right, I promise to never share the recipes in this book outside of these pages. I only ask that if someone wants one of the recipes you find here, that you recommend that they buy the book themselves to support my work (and it’s only a couple bucks).

But what kind of work am I doing? Well, when I started my blog, I wanted to share gluten-free versions of some of my favorite everyday recipes. Most of the other gluten-free blogs I’d seen were health-focused, or centered around baking and mixing massive batches of flour blends, or had some other gimmick. I wondered, “where’s the actual food?”. So that’s what I wanted to create on my blog. Real food that happens to be gluten-free.

Some of my recipes are healthy, some are decadent, but most are just plain food made deliciously and affordably. I grew up lower middle-class, and that’s where most of America is right now. The stuff I use for my recipes are items I’ve found at Walmart, Target, and Publix. Some specialty items I have to get at my local health food store, but those are a rare treat. Any items you can’t find locally can often be bought online, sometimes with a coupon code or on sale.

As for what you’ll find in these pages, I’m featuring a roundup of some everyday recipes that you and yours are sure to love, including dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, sides, and drinks!

Recipes include: frittata, mac & cheese, sweet tea, chipotle slaw, vegan stuffed peppers, whole lemon chicken, key lime pie, and Sprite, Jameson, and lime (all gluten-free, of course). Book file orginally laid out as two-page spread, so single-page view may result in recipe a, pictures a, pictures b, recipe b order due to recipe sometimes being on the left and sometimes on the right in two-page view. Recommended that readers view in 2-page spread with a cover in your preferred .pdf viewer.
